  5. Click "Create" and your chatbot will be ready to use

Your chatbot will instantly be available for embedding on your website.

The more quality content you provide, the better your chatbot will perform. Training happens immediately, and your chatbot will be ready to use within minutes.

Each chatbot can be programmed with different instructions, and you can place different chatbots on different pages by using the specific embed code for each chatbot.

Simply get the embed code for each chatbot from the dashboard and place it on the appropriate page of your website.

What can I customize about my chatbot?+

Currently, you can customize your chatbot's behavior and responses:

  • Instructions: Program how your chatbot should respond to various questions
  • Welcome message: Set a custom greeting that appears when users first see the chatbot
  • Fallback responses: Define custom messages when your chatbot doesn't know the answer

Appearance customization features are coming soon in a future update. Premium plans will offer additional customization options.

Can I program my chatbot to have different personalities?+

Absolutely! You can customize your chatbot's personality by providing specific instructions:

For example, you might want a more formal tone for support pages (using one chatbot) but a friendlier, conversational tone for product discovery pages (using a different chatbot).

How do I add the chatbot to my website?+

Adding your chatbot to your website is simple:

  1. Go to your chatbot dashboard where you can see all your chatbots
  2. Find the chatbot you want to add and click the "Embed Code" button
  3. Copy the provided JavaScript snippet
  4. Paste it into your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag

The snippet will look something like this:

The chatbot will automatically appear on your website. Each chatbot has its own unique embed code.

Where can I see my plan details?+

You can view your current plan details and usage in the "Billing & Plan" section of your dashboard. This includes:

  • Your current subscription tier
  • Number of chatbots available to create
  • Monthly message limits
  • Current usage statistics
  • Billing history

To upgrade your plan or make changes to your subscription, use the options available in the Billing & Plan section.

How do message limits work?+

Message limits represent the total number of messages exchanged between your users and your chatbots:

  • Each user message counts as one message toward your limit
  • Each chatbot response counts as one message toward your limit
  • Message limits are shared across all your chatbots
  • Message counts reset at the beginning of each billing cycle

You can monitor your message usage in the dashboard. If you exceed your limit, you'll need to upgrade to a higher tier plan. Additional message pack options will be available in a future update.
